Common questions

Is GiftWit free to use?
Yes. Browsing deals, comparing prices and setting up to three price-drop alerts is completely free, with no account needed. Plus and Pro are optional upgrades for unlimited alerts and the Product Research tool.
Are the prices and discounts real?
Always. We show the live price now, the retailer's own original price, and exactly what you save. We never invent a "was" price or a fake discount. If a saving is shown, it is genuine at the time you see it.
How do price-drop alerts work?
Set an alert on any product with just your email. We watch the price and email you the moment it drops. No account, no spam, and one click unsubscribes you for good.
Does GiftWit sell anything itself?
No. We compare live prices from UK retailers and, when you buy, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. You always check out on the retailer's own site.
How do I cancel Plus or Pro?
Email us and we cancel it right away, no questions. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our refunds policy for details.
Is my data safe?
We keep it minimal: an email for alerts and, if you sign in, a secure session. We never sell your data, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details any time. See our privacy policy.
